To work or to travel - that is the question. To work and travel is the answer.

Nee-Ha-OW, Nee-Ha-OW

Ni hao, everybody!

Here's Kairi. Here's Surfers Paradise. Here's Crowne Plaza Terrace Café.

While various parts of Australian Outback are in the grip of bush fire season and the government is warning that with more hot weather on the way the situation is likely to get worse before it gets better, we make matters worse with some more accidental fires on the Coast.

Namely, we have had some incredibly persistent Chinese guests who continously toast their croissants. One time. The toaster catches fire and croissants burn in flames. We run. We fight. We assist. We get things under control. Second morning. Second time. The toaster catches fire, croissants burn, guests escape. The Chinese stand still and marvel the rising flames. No! No croissants! No toasts! No croissants in the toaster! Third time. The toaster catches fire, the croissants burn..

It now stands clear 'Please do not place croissants in the toaster! Please ask your attendant for assistance.' In English. And in Chinese. But the toaster keeps catching fire. And with a billion Chinese in the world, the croissants will burn forever.

... The rest of the world is under control :)
